The weekend will bring some of the Okanagan’s most celebrated winemakers up to the popular mountain destination. Savour rare finds and terroir-expressive wines, paired with delicious food from the culinary teams at Silver Star Mountain Resort.

DINNER AT BLACK PINE SOCIAL
The newest addition to Silver Star Mountain Resort, Black Pine Social, Chef Jarred Sauve and Owner Brandon Loughery will bring an elevated and contemporary dining experience to guests. The team at Black Pine Social draws inspiration from rustic European alpine culture, incorporating international flavours and a modest influence from Japanese cuisine to their culinary creations. This evening of skillfully prepared dishes will showcase the diversity of the region by focusing on local suppliers and growers wherever possible while highlighting the characters and award-winning wines of Gold Hill Estate Winery, Kismet Estate Winery and vinAmite Cellars from Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country. Sommelier Melanie Loughery will share new ways of enjoying your favorite and newly discovered wines in a variety of ways as well as share her knowledge and passion for wine and food.

DINNER AT THE BULLDOG GRAND CAFE
Enjoy an evening of International flavours as Chef Tyler Lafferty shares his unique culinary combinations and passion for great food at the Bulldog Grand Café. The menu for the evening features unique elements of Dutch & Thai-Indonesian cuisine with flavours from the West Coast, all prepared from the freshest ingredients and homemade baked goods and selectively paired with the award-winning wines from Kismet Estate Winery, Hester Creek Estate Winery, vinAmite. Each course will be paired with wines from Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country.

Meander through the beautiful Silver Star Village and enjoy a cornucopia of wines featuring Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country and other wineries from throughout the Okanagan Region. BC’s most sought-after, artisanal, award-winning wineries will be set up throughout the village, creating unique tasting experiences for guests.
Guests will Uncork their Senses in the fresh mountain air as they taste their way through the village enjoying all the flavours that BC has to offer. Local food purveyors, artisanal cheeseries and businesses will offer sample bites for guests to enjoy throughout the course of the afternoon.
