Rosemary Thomson to conduct Bring On Beethoven
Maestro Rosemary Thomson to conduct the final OSO concert weekend of the 2023/2024 season
Maestro Thomson is thrilled to return to the podium to conduct the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra for the May concert series, after which she will hold the title of Conductor Emeritus.
Ms. Thomson is excited to share this music making opportunity with the extraordinary pianist and friend, Ian Parker.
Bring on Beethoven, an all-Beethoven program will be performed on May 10, 11, & 12 and will feature his Egmont Overture Op.84, Symphony No. 7 Op. 92 and Piano Concerto No. 5. Op. 73 “Emperor”.
