Pet Together in the Barking Lot!What the heck??! Have you ever heard of such a thing??!Not unlike Kelowna’s Farmer’s Market, we want this to be a “pet lover’s market” (not weekly!!) of a bunch of local business people that derive their living from pet stuff or holistic care – getting like-minded people together. If you have some ideas on ways and means of drawing large numbers of Kelowna and area pet owners to this event, let’s hear them!!**Sept 25th Sunday 10:00AM to 3:00 PM <—-SAVE THE DATELocation in the parking lot of Sutherland Plaza where Pawsitive Vet is located at 1551 Sutherland AveSet up would be 9:00 to 10:00Room for 25 vendors only so first come first serve.Money from vendors’ booth goes to the the rescue organizations we are helping in Mexico(Compassion without Borders) and here (Okanagan Humane Society).We want to have as many different types of vendors as possible, anything animal-related, and hopefully a food truck.Our advertising will include FB (1000+ friends), Instagram, Castanet, Posters at local pet stores, radio possibly, SNAP magazine (after the fact), our web site, and others that come up!This is a work in progress and we will provide updates on what events we want to include and so on.We will follow up with a phone call but don’t waste any time getting booked.
