Each spring for the past seven years, Visit Penticton has hosted TRUE Penticton Tourism Expo, where tourism partners and citizens can exchange information and become familiar with local assets.
Visit Penticton invites you to “Discover new adventures and reacquaint yourself with all of the amazing activities, attractions, accommodations, restaurants, wineries, breweries, events and so much more happening in and around Penticton.”

While the event is free, attendees are encouraged to donate food to help support our community through the Penticton Community Fridge & Pantry. If, like me, you forgot your bag of food items, volunteers were on hand to happily accept cash donations.
I find it boosts my local knowledge by keeping me up to date on what’s available to recommend to visitors as well as by helping me plan my own activities.
