How to Elevate your Okanagan dining experience

How to Elevate your Okanagan dining experience

After an incredibly busy Mother’s Day weekend, a local restauranteur has a request.
Gregory Condon, Theo’s Greek Restaurant

Gregory Condon owner of the iconic Theo’s Greek Restaurant in Penticton says as everyone’s dollar is stretched he is suggesting ways to elevate your dining experience.

Condon is asking all who occasionally or weekly dine in finer establishments to call ahead and make the reservation. Even when planning a last minute date night out.  Also please call when the party numbers change.

Condon says many businesses didn’t make it through the lock downs and if locals, Okanagan residents and restaurants work together to plan ahead this season will be one for the locals to take advantage of.

He says he has an exceptional team and the challenge remains to recruit the next generation of solid serving and kitchen staff. Condon chooses to deliver food himself or by his own staff to ensure quality and any challenges can be solved in-house rather than third party.

Condon says it’s vital management balance guest numbers and staffing levels and a simple reservation, or reso as we call them in the industry, will elevate your dining experience.

Gregory Condonopolous has owned Penticton’s iconic Theo’s Greek Restaurant since July 2019, almost 5 of Theo’s 48 years in business.
