Just Good Business – Thanks Kamloops Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

I know that when you are in business and are a consumer, we all have expectations of customer service, to be care for with all your hard earned money, expect to find what you are looking for and, to be treated with honesty, integrity and professionalism. Yes, I know businesses need to make money to make their world go round, but, do you mind them making some money off of you when you receive all of the above expectations? We all know they have to make money! Me personally, I don’t mind knowing that they have to make money or the business would not survive. I don’t mind because, the next time, I may need their products and services that they have to offer again,  therefore the business will still be there for me to shop, again. And, as long as I am (or my friends and family) are treated well with honesty and integrity, I will support the business with referrals. I made a great purchase through Vernon Dodge in 2013 with My Jeep Wrangler and I am ALWAYS taken care of very well.

My girlfriend works for the same corporation as Vernon Dodge but at Vernon Kia who have proven time and time again that they will do whatever they can to make what you need in an automobile, happen. That’s just good, smart, business. I am also happy to say that another dealership that the same corporation they work for, has a new GM at Kamloops Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram (Brant), where I have sent a couple friends and family referrals to for their new vehicles. Hands down, these guys went above and beyond what expectations you may have had, to get my family and friends what they needed, so… I would like to send on a thank you to the team (and awesome new GM Brant) at Kamloops Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, for taking such good, honest care of my friends (and my brother). I would recommend these guys to anyone…That’s just good business.
