Chef Bongo opens SECOND restaurant in Naramata!

Chef Victoire Bongo, author, president of Bongo Brands Limited, and multi-award winning chef is excited to announce the opening of his second seasonal “pop-up” restaurant, Bongo Bistro, located on Serendipity Winery in Naramata, BC.
It is here amongst the vines that Chef Bongo and his team will be creating gastronomic dishes in his signature global fusion style. Working with winemaker and owner of Serendipity Winery, Judy Kingston to deliver guests and adventure in food and wine. Chef Bongo will be delving deep into his African roots and his French training to deliver his unique take on global fusion bistro cuisine. His bistro dishes are bold, layered with flavours and rich in colour. Chef and his team deliver the best of local and exotic spices, unexpected cultural influences prepared with classic French techniques.
They’re will also be some great events running throughout the season:
• Movie Nights: Buffet Dinner, Popcorn, Big Screen Movie… pick up a bottle of wine and a friend.
• Chef & Winemaker Dinner: Long table dinner in the vineyard amazing multiple course dinner with wine matching, presented and hosted by Chef & Wine maker.
• Battle of the Winery Bratz: 5 courses, three winemakers, one epic meal.
• Bongo’s Party in White: The fantastic white party that started it all is back dinner by Chef Bongo and team, Motown vibes and your dress whites.
