“Certified Local” by Haywire Winery Returns for Okanagan Wine Lovers

As Canadians lean in more than ever to supporting local products, Haywire Winery makes it easier with the return of its “Certified Local” program for Okanagan wine lovers.

Launched last year as a token of gratitude to residents with an Okanagan mailing address, the program offers exclusive perks in partnership with select Summerland businesses. Certified Local is effective from March 15, 2025, check out all the details. Okanagan residents 19 years and older with a valid Okanagan postal code can get the card at haywirewinery.com/certified-local

With more than 500 members last year, Haywire hopes to grow the program in 2025 and keep locals engaged with B.C. wine.

Founder Christine Coletta sees the program as a way to give back to the community that has helped shape the Okanagan’s wine scene.

It’s Time to Get a Little Haywire
With the tasting room now open for Spring, Wednesdays to Sundays, 12 noon to 4 pm, it’s time to get a little Haywire with guided tastings. Rediscover the elegant and nuanced wine that beautifully express the unique terroir of the Okanagan.
